e-asTTle scheduled outage - Friday 10 November 2023

On Friday 10 November from 7pm to 8pm, we have scheduled an outage for e-asTTle.
This outage is required to rectify a small number of ongoing issues following e-asTTle service disruption on Wednesday.
On Wednesday morning, there was significant disruption to the e-asTTle service between 9.40 and 10am. This was resolved by 10am on Wednesday. However, a small percentage of users will have experienced errors during marking and/or students missing from reports for tests sat between Wednesday 8 November and Friday 10 November. A small number of students may have also seen ongoing errors when logging in.
Marking and reporting should be fully restored for affected students by Saturday 11 November.
How will the outage affect you?
You may be unable to log in to the e-asTTle application from 7 pm to 8 pm on Friday 10 November.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What are the upcoming changes?
We are implementing a bug fix to rectify an issue from Wednesday morning.
