e-asTTle Outage – Saturday 12th December

We will be performing maintenance work on e-asTTle on Saturday 12th December from 7am to 4pm.

How will the outage affect you?

You may not be able to login to the e-asTTle application from 7am to 4pm on the 12th December. Please inform all users of e-asTTle. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

What are the upcoming changes?

The security guidelines for e-asTTle student passwords will change in 2021. The minimum required length for student passwords is changing to 8 characters. When your students first log into e-asTTle in 2021, they will be prompted to update their password to a new one that is 8 characters or longer.

Any students who have not logged into e-asTTle by the end of 2021 will have their accounts locked. You’ll need to reset these accounts if these students need access to e-asTTle again. This ensures that all student passwords will be 8 characters or longer.
