Written reporting practice - a resource for schools
The Practitioners' Reporting Group (PRG) was established to develop a resource for schools (Years 1- 8) for written reporting through an analysis of current reporting frameworks and practice. The report is now available, entitled Written Reporting Practice in Schools - A snapshot of how schools are reporting and a set of review tools.
When developing this resource, the PRG utilised the knowledge of practitioners, the literature, written reports, and feedback from the educational community. The resource provides useful commentary on current written reporting practice and supports schools in New Zealand to further develop written reporting expertise.
The report is available for download here.
